Dette er vår nye vri på en klar IPA brygget for å virkelig sette tonen! En byggbase med karamellmalt og Vienna gir lys farge, et hint av sødme og en myk kjekskant, mens humlen forblir fremtredende og definert.

The caramel and Vienna malts give it this soft biscuit sweetness that balances the hops perfectly, so it's not just another bitter bomb. Poured a light golden color and went down way too fast on a warm evening, that caramalt really does the trick.
The hop character really takes center stage here, but that soft biscuit edge from the caramalt keeps it from feeling too sharp. Poured it for friends who usually avoid IPAs and they kept coming back for refills. Light color, clean finish, exactly what I want when I'm craving something crisp.
That barley and Vienna malt combo gives it this soft biscuit sweetness that balances the hop bite perfectly. Poured a gorgeous light gold and drank smoother than most IPAs I've had lately. Cracking another can right now.
