I was skeptical about another curling iron, but the three-layer barrel really does keep my waves bouncy without frizzing. Even on my second-day hair, the curl held its shape through a humid commute.
My hair holds a curl for days with this 1 1/4" barrel, and the three layers of conditioning actually left my ends shinier than my usual flat iron. It's been three weeks of near-daily use and the clamp still glides smooth, no snags.
The 1 1/4" barrel is my sweet spot for loose waves that actually last through the day, and my hair feels noticeably softer after using it. It heats up fast and glides smoothly without snagging, so I can style my whole head in under ten minutes.
