The U-shape actually stays put all night, no more constant readjusting. My hips feel way less sore in the morning, and the foam is dense but soft enough to sink into, which surprised me.
I was skeptical about spending money on another pillow, but the Melofoam really is as good as advertised—it molds to my belly and hips without going flat. I love that I can flip the C-shape to whichever side I'm sleeping on and it supports my back at the same time. Wish I'd bought this months ago.
The U-shape actually stays put when I roll over at night, and the foam cradles my hips without that weird sinking feeling. My back pain is noticeably better by morning, which makes the whole pregnancy thing a lot more bearable.
