Proteinpannekakeblanding

I’ve been making these for breakfast before work and they actually come out light and airy, not dense like most protein pancakes I’ve tried. Mixing in a little water and letting the batter sit for a minute makes a real difference. Great way to hit 26g of protein without the heavy feeling.

The pancakes came out surprisingly fluffy for a protein mix, and the 26g per serving actually kept me full until lunch. I just added water and cooked them on a low heat, took about ten minutes total. Definitely the easiest way I've found to hit my protein goal without choking down another shake.

Made a batch for breakfast and honestly couldn't tell these weren't the sugary diner kind—26 grams of protein per pancake is no joke, and they still came out light and airy. Takes about five minutes from bowl to plate, which is exactly what I needed before work.
