Royal Dark Star-duk (heklet)

The deep midnight hue looks even richer in person, almost velvety against my dark wood table. The hand-crocheted texture is so firm and even, it holds its starburst shape perfectly without any drooping. I’ve already caught myself just staring at it from across the room.

The starburst lace pattern is so intricate up close—every point feels deliberate and crisp, not mushy like some machine-made doilies. I’ve got it draped over a dark vase and the contrast makes the whole corner feel a bit more dramatic. It’s exactly the kind of hand-crafted touch I was hoping for.

The midnight hue is even richer in person, and the hand-crocheted texture gives it a weight that feels surprisingly substantial for a doily. I’ve got it draped over a dark wood side table and the starburst pattern catches the lamplight beautifully.
