Rum & Raisin Velvetised Cream 500ml

The rum and vodka hit right up front, but it's the molasses and cacao that keep it from being just a boozy spoonful. I've been drizzling it over plain brownies and it turns them into something ridiculous. The 500ml tub won't last long at this rate.

Honestly, I was skeptical a cream could pull off both rum and cacao without being cloying, but the molasses gives it this deep, almost toffee-like warmth. A spoonful straight from the jar is dangerously good, and it makes a fantastic topping for a simple brownie.

The texture is genuinely velvety, not too thick, and the rum and raisin combo comes through with a proper boozy kick balanced by the creamy chocolate. I've been spooning it over coffee and straight from the jar, and 500ml goes fast when it tastes this good.
