The 10k gold has a noticeably softer hue than my other gold pieces, which makes it stand out beautifully. The herringbone links catch light in a way that makes the 10k yellow gold look almost glowing, and the softer hue works better with my skin tone than the paler gold I've worn before. It's got a nice weight without feeling heavy on my neck.
Wore this to my graduation dinner and it sat so flat and smooth against my collarbone that I barely felt it. The 10k solid gold has a warmer, softer yellow than my old plated stuff, and the herringbone really does seem to glow on its own.
