Biona Tofu kan brukes til å tilføre dybde og protein til smoothies og supper, marineres og tilsettes i sandwicher, burgere og curryretter, eller skjæres i skiver i salater.
I cubed it into a red curry and it held its shape way better than the soft stuff I used to buy. The texture is firm enough to marinate overnight without falling apart.
Threw half a block into a mango smoothie this morning and couldn't taste it at all, just got the protein boost. The texture is firm enough that it holds up when I slice it for sandwiches too.
I've been crumbling this into curries and it soaks up the sauce way better than the rubbery stuff I used to buy. Even blended a chunk into a morning smoothie and barely tasted it, just got the protein in.
