I was skeptical the frame would make much difference, but it genuinely stiffens the bag into a proper backpack shape. Took it on a week-long trip through cobblestone streets and my shoulders didn't ache once, even at 30 pounds.

Swapped this into my old bag and the removable frame is a game changer—pulls out in seconds for easy washing, but when it's in, the load sits so much better on my back. It's been on three trips so far and I genuinely don't miss the rolling suitcase.

I travel every week for work, and this frame keeps my bag from sagging into that awkward banana shape even when it's packed to the brim. The fact that I can pop it out when I want to squish the bag under a seat is a game changer for me.
