The suspended laptop compartment is exactly what I needed — my work laptop stayed cushioned and elevated even when I stuffed the bag under a plane seat. The 45L size swallowed a week of clothes plus gear, yet it still fit in the overhead bin without a fight.

Took this on a two-week trip and was surprised how much fits in that 45L — the zip opens wide enough to pack like a duffel, which I didn't expect from a backpack. The suspended laptop compartment does its job too; my computer survived a few overhead bin tosses without a scratch.

The suspended laptop compartment is a game-changer—I tossed this bag under a plane seat and my gear came out completely safe. The 45L size swallows a week of clothes without feeling like a suitcase strapped to my back.
