The texture is chewy but not sticky, and the berry pieces actually give it a real tart kick under the date sweetness. I’ve been grabbing one as an afternoon pick-me-up and it’s held me over way better than a candy bar.

The texture is just right—chewy from the dates but not sticky, and the berry flavor comes through without being overly sweet. I've been grabbing one after my runs and it keeps me full for a couple hours, which is more than I can say for most protein bars.

I was a bit skeptical about a date-based bar, but the berry flavor really comes through and it’s not overly sweet. The protein content is a nice bonus for a mid-afternoon snack, and it held up well in my bag without getting sticky.
