Opened one of these after dinner and the Belgian yeast really does its job—that sweetness lingers nicely without feeling heavy. The 33 cl size is perfect for a quick pour, and it went down smoother than I expected for a blonde.
The Belgian yeast really does the heavy lifting here—that flowery note lingers just long enough to balance the sweetness without overpowering it. Grabbed a six-pack for a lazy afternoon and the 33 cl size felt just right for a slow, easy drink.
The flowery aroma from that yeast is exactly what I was hoping for—it balances the sweetness perfectly without being cloying. The 33 cl size is just right for a casual evening pour, and it drinks dangerously smooth.
