CAST AWAY
After years of wrestling with heavy, rough pans, the smooth surface on this little skillet is a revelation—much less elbow grease needed for cleaning. It sears a single egg perfectly without sticking and feels balanced in my hand, not like a lead weight. Worth the extra cost for the lighter feel alo
The smaller skillet is noticeably lighter than my old cast iron, making it way easier to handle when flipping pancakes. The smooth cooking surface is already developing a nice seasoning after just a few uses.
I was skeptical about cast iron being "lighter" but this one really is easier to handle than my old skillet. The smooth cooking surface made eggs slide right off with just a little butter.
