Classic World Firefighting Set

The wooden ladder and hose are sturdy enough for my three-year-old to play with roughly, and the little bell actually rings. He's already staged three "rescues" for his stuffed animals this morning.

The little firefighter helmet and hose reel have made this the go-to toy every morning before preschool. I was worried the pieces would feel flimsy, but they've survived a month of very enthusiastic rescues.

My three-year-old has barely put this down since it arrived — the wooden truck and the little hose reel keep him busy for ages. I like that it's sturdy enough to survive being dragged around the house all day. Finally a toy that actually gets played with instead of ignored.
