I've tried a lot of shakes over the years, but this one finally has the right mix of ingredients in proper doses. The powder blends smoothly enough that I don't dread my post-workout shake.
The vanilla flavour mixes up thick and creamy without any chalky aftertaste, which is a pleasant surprise for a diet shake. I’ve been using it as a post-workout meal replacement for two weeks and the satiety actually holds for a few hours.
The scoop doesn't clump at all when I use a shaker, and it's got a really smooth texture that isn't chalky. I've been having it post-workout for a few weeks now, and it keeps me full for a good couple of hours. Honestly, the complete ingredient profile is what sold me, and it's delivered on that.
