I train late after work, so caffeine is a no-go for me—this lets me get a solid pump without lying awake at 2 AM. The citrulline blend gives me that nice vascularity, and mixing it is quick with no clumps.
I train after work so caffeine is a no-go for me, and this 3g creatine hit the spot without any jitters. The citrulline blend gave me a solid pump that lasted through my whole session.
Took this for an evening gym session and didn't feel that wired, jittery feeling I usually get from regular pre-workouts—just a steady, focused push. The 3g of creatine per scoop is a nice bonus, and it mixed without clumps. Perfect for anyone who trains late and still wants sleep afterward.
