Wasn’t sure this would feel sturdy enough for heavy pots, but the airflow channel really does make the fire burn hotter and steadier. Tucked some kindling under the ledge while I cooked, and that alone saved me from running back to the woods three times. Solid little workhorse for camp cooking.
Took this to a windy campsite last weekend and the airflow design really held up—the fire stayed strong without constant babysitting. The kindling holder is a clever touch, keeps everything dry and ready to toss in. Solid buy for anyone who likes cooking over an open flame.
Set it up at the lake this past Saturday and the airflow design made a huge difference—kept the flames steady even with a light breeze. The built-in kindling holder is a clever touch too, so I didn’t have to scramble for dry twigs. This thing’s earned a permanent spot in the truck.
