Poured this straight into a lentil daal and it saved me adding separate spices — the warmth is already there. Turmeric plus coconut is a combo I didn't know I needed, and the 400ml can is the perfect size for one big pot.
I poured it straight into a weeknight dal and didn’t need any extra spices—the turmeric comes through mild and warm, not sharp. The milk itself is creamy enough to thicken the sauce without separating. My only surprise was how quickly I finished the carton, so I’ll grab two next time.
The turmeric gives it a lovely warm color that made my curry look as good as it tasted, and the texture stayed creamy without separating. This 400ml carton lasted me three solid meals, which feels like fair value for something that adds a dairy-free twist so easily.
