The 250mg blend of five 10:1 extracts is a hefty dose that I feel working by mid-afternoon, when my usual fog would normally hit. Gummies are chewy and not overly sweet, which makes the daily habit easy to stick with.

Took these every morning for a month and the 250mg blend of five extracts feels like the right dose—no jitters, just steady clarity by mid-afternoon. The gummy texture is chewy without being sticky, which makes it easy to remember daily.

Two weeks in and the focus is noticeably cleaner, no jitters like with coffee. The gummies taste surprisingly mild for a mushroom blend, which makes the morning dose easy to stick with.
