I’ve been adding a spoonful to my morning smoothie for two weeks and the creamy texture blends in without any fishy aftertaste. It’s surprisingly easy to get down given the 1,500 mg of EPA/DHA, and I do feel a bit more focused by mid-afternoon.
The creamy texture is what sold me—it goes down so smoothly without that fishy aftertaste I usually dread. I’ve been taking it after breakfast for a couple weeks and honestly feel a bit more steady in the afternoon. The pineapple flavor makes it feel like a treat rather than a chore.
The texture is genuinely creamy, not oily at all, and the passion pineapple taste makes it feel like a smoothie shot rather than a supplement. I’ve been taking it right after breakfast for two weeks and the 1,500 mg of EPA/DHA is easy to get down without any fishy aftertaste.
