Relove Dip Eyeliner

I was skeptical at this price but the black is properly opaque in one dip, no layering needed. It held up through a sweaty afternoon and the wing didn't budge until I took it off.

I picked up the white shade on a whim and it's surprisingly opaque, not chalky at all. The pigment goes on strong in one pass and the tip makes a clean wing pretty easy. For the price I expected way less, honestly.

The tip on this liner is thin enough that I finally got my cat eye even on both sides, which never happens. It stayed put through a sweaty afternoon and didn't smudge under my eyes. Can't believe how cheap it was for how black it goes on.
