Leo ★★★★★

I usually dread rolling out lasagne sheets because they crack, but these spelt ones stayed intact through boiling and the layers held up beautifully in the oven. The semi-wholegrain bite added a nice nuttiness that made the whole dish feel more substantial, and my family didn’t even notice the swap.

Jacob O. ★★★★★

The semi-wholegrain texture gives these lasagne sheets a heartier bite than plain white pasta, and I love that they pack extra fibre and protein without any extra effort. They held up beautifully in a veggie bake, no pre-boiling needed, which made a busy weeknight dinner feel almost too easy.

Natalie T. ★★★★★

These sheets cooked up perfectly firm, and I love that the semi-wholegrain texture adds a nutty bite you just don't get from regular pasta. The extra fibre and protein make a hearty lasagne feel genuinely more filling.
