Himalaya's Light Biała Herbata

The dry leaves still look almost silvery-white, just like the description says, and the liquor is so pale it’s almost clear yet tastes incredibly smooth and delicate. It’s the kind of tea that makes you slow down, and I’ve already ordered a second pouch.

I brewed a cup right after dinner and the color stayed a pale, almost translucent gold even after three minutes. It’s remarkably gentle on the stomach, and the finish is so clean that I didn't feel the need to add anything.

The first brew is almost clear, like lightly sweetened spring water, and the leaves really do look untouched by any processing. It’s a quiet, gentle cup that makes me slow down every afternoon, and the subtle floral note stays with me long after the last sip.
