16cm empire shade in aqua pink block printed Dotty gathered cotton by GP & J Baker

The gathered cotton gives the shade a lovely soft texture that diffuses the light beautifully in my small reading nook. The block printed pattern has a real vintage feel to it, like something you'd find in an old country house. Fits my 16cm lamp base perfectly.

Wasn't sure about the aqua pink combo until it arrived, but the color shifts beautifully depending on the light in the room. The gathered cotton and block-printed dots give it a lovely handmade texture, and the 16cm size is perfect on my small bedside lamp. Genuinely happy with this one.

The block-printed dot pattern catches the light in a way that makes my little bedside lamp look far more expensive than it was. At 16cm it's small, so measure first — I nearly ordered the wrong size. Aqua pink is an odd pairing on paper but it works beautifully against warm white walls.
