We love our hand painted shades. Each one is unique, and somehow the little imperfections in the paint work, and the slightly mottled look, add to the...well... perfection. Achingly simple, and in no way showy or brash, these gorgeous shades will feel at home in almost any environment.

The warm tangerine glow through the ripples is even prettier in person than on screen, and the hand-painted finish adds such a cozy, artistic feel to my reading nook. I love how the light filters through the card, making the room feel soft and inviting.

The hand-painted mottling gives it a warmth that photographs don’t do justice to, and it casts a lovely glow across the room. Each ripple is slightly different, which makes it feel more like a small piece of art than a lampshade.

The tangerine ripples catch the evening light in a way photos just can't capture—it's turned our little hallway into something special. The hand painting gives it that lovely, imperfect charm, and the 16cm size fits perfectly over our small lamp base.
