We call them "small" ferns because the original Ferns designs was on a considerably larger scale. This is one of the classic archival prints from G P & J Baker - it's about a century old and was based on botanical drawings in Flora Londinensis, a compendium of flora within a ten mile radius of London in the late 18th century. Please note the two coloured taping, picking out colours from the pattern.

Ryan K. ★★★★★

I love how the linen fabric feels both sturdy and delicate, and the emerald color is exactly the muted vintage green I was hoping for. It softens the light beautifully in my reading nook.

Charlotte G. ★★★★★

The fern print is even richer in person than on screen, and the 18cm size looks perfect over our hallway lamp. It let just enough light through the linen to keep the room cozy without feeling dim.

George ★★★★☆

The fern print is beautifully crisp and clear on the linen, exactly like the archival photos. I just wish the shade were a touch taller for my lamp base, but it's still a lovely piece.
