This fabulous fabric is hand blocked for us in Jaipur, India, in what is the most inspiring workshop - we played for days with literally hundreds of wooden printing blocks - this is one result from then. A sharp dark blue temple motif, or perhaps a blue flame, or even a genie...whatever it is, it works.

Violet ★★★★★

I love that you can see every tiny brushstroke from the hand-blocking—it makes the pattern feel alive on the cotton. The 25cm size is perfect for my reading nook, casting a warm, diffused glow. So glad I got this instead of a generic shade.

The blue is so rich and the cotton has that lovely handmade texture you just don't get from mass-produced shades. I keep catching myself staring at the fabric when the lamp's on, the light makes the block print almost glow.

The hand-blocked pattern is just stunning in person—the temple blue is richer than on screen and the cotton feels lovely and crisp. It throws a warm, diffused glow that makes my whole reading corner feel cozier. Really glad I took a chance on this one.
