Eli C. ★★★★★ Oct 21, 2026

The blue Rajasthani silk has a subtle sheen that changes beautifully in different light, and it pairs perfectly with the cream paper lining. I was worried the gathered empire shape might look bulky, but it casts a warm, even glow that transforms the room.

The handmade cream paper lining is what sold me—it gives the whole shade such a soft glow when the lamp's on. The Rajasthani silk has this subtle sheen that makes the blue look almost alive. It's exactly the effortless touch my reading corner needed.

The blue silk is exactly as pictured—soft and elegant—and the cream lining looks nice when the light's on. It's a bit smaller than I expected for the price, though, and took a while to arrive. Still, it does the job in my reading corner.
