The hand-block printing gives each shade subtle variations that make it feel truly one-of-a-kind. The Turkish blue fish scales are stunning against the blue tape, and the pleated cotton casts such a warm, soft glow in my reading nook.

The fish-scale pattern looks even better in natural light—the blue tape perfectly frames the shape. I’m using it on a small bedside lamp and the 45cm size fills the room with a warm, even glow. The hand-blocked print feels substantial without being heavy.

The hand-blocked print is so crisp you can see the slight variations in the ink, which makes the fish scales feel alive. It diffuses light beautifully, and the pleating gives the room a soft, shadowy texture I wasn't expecting.
