The Acaia Pearl Scale is a digital scale designed for coffee brewing. It is available in two colour options to suit your setup.
The white finish looks clean next to my pour-over setup, and it’s sturdy enough that I don’t worry about it sliding around mid-brew. Weighs to the tenth of a gram, which makes dialing in my beans way less guesswork.
Always wondered if my pour-over technique was the weak point—turns out my old timer was. The readings are instant and the auto-tare keeps up with my clumsy pre-rinse, which alone sold me.
The timer and weight readout together make pour-over so much simpler, and it’s been spot-on every single morning since it arrived. I honestly didn’t think a scale could feel this precise for home use, but the white finish looks clean next to my setup.
