Allium

I keep catching myself staring at it instead of actually gardening. Each little flower in the sphere opens at its own pace, so the whole thing shifts day by day.

The sphere looks so much fuller in person than I expected, since all those tiny flowers are packed tight together. Mine arrived with a couple of the little blooms slightly bent, but honestly it just makes the whole thing look more like a tiny galaxy.

I ordered this expecting a typical floral print and instead got something that actually looks like the allium in my garden, all those tiny blooms packed into one round head. Stuck it on my ankle and it's the first thing people notice.
