The peeling before roasting makes this butter unbelievably smooth, no gritty bits at all. I've been spreading it on toast every morning and the natural roasted flavor is just perfect.
The roasting really comes through—there's a deep, nutty warmth that makes it taste almost freshly made. I've been spreading it on toast every morning and the fact that it's just blanched almonds with nothing else added is exactly what I wanted.
The texture is so smooth since they removed the skins before roasting, and the nutty flavor tastes fresh even a week after opening. I've been spreading it on toast every morning and the jar is already half gone, it's dangerously good.
