Miles U. ★★★★★

Finally, I can dial in my brew water to match what I was getting at specialty shops, and the mineral composition actually stays consistent from batch to batch. The nano format dissolves cleanly without any sediment, which is more than I can say for the DIY recipes I tried before.

Robert ★★★★★

Finally a mineral concentrate that lets me tweak the water profile to match each bean, not the other way around. The nano box format is perfect for my small counter, and I've noticed a real difference in the clarity of my pour-overs since I started using it.

Sophia ★★★★★

After dialing in the mineral mix for my usual beans, the difference in the cup is honestly night and day — the acidity feels much more balanced and the body has this clean, round mouthfeel I couldn't get before. The set gives you precise enough control that I’ve already tweaked the recipe twice this
