Grated cheese … soup … croutons … nuts … iced gems … we're happy with whatever you decide to use your Blue Star Medium Pasta Bowl for in addition to pasta. Not all at the same time though, of course.
I've been using this bowl for everything from pasta to soup, and the blue star pattern looks great even after multiple dishwasher trips. The depth is perfect for holding croutons or nuts without spilling over the sides.
I've been using these for everything from penne to a late-night bowl of iced gems, and the medium size is spot on for a single serving. The rim is wide enough that grated cheese actually lands on the pasta instead of the table.
The medium size is just right for a single serving of pasta, though I wish the rim were a touch wider for catching stray croutons. It's held up fine in the dishwasher so far.
