A blend of 10 barrels aged between 3 and 18 months. Brewed with raw wheat, malted barley and Saaz hops. A spectrum of character from our oldest yet most simple of base beers is brought together to create a complex sum. This one has the most oak presence so far and is a blend we will continue to put together over the years and see it evolve.

Matthew ★★★★★

That raw wheat and Saaz hop combo gives it a clean, almost grassy bite up front, but then the barrel age sneaks in with this deep, mellow warmth on the finish. The 18-month barrels really do all the heavy lifting here. Perfect for a slow sipper on a cool evening.

Olivia ★★★★★

The blend of 3- to 18-month barrel aging gives it a layered depth that shifts with each sip, and the raw wheat keeps it surprisingly light on the finish. Took my time with a bottle on a quiet evening, and the Saaz hops stayed crisp right to the last drop.

Hannah N. ★★★★★

The 3-to-18-month barrel aging really shows through—each sip shifts between smooth and sharp, and the Saaz hops keep it refreshingly dry. It's one of those beers you slow down for, not just chug after work.
