A multi-talented, multifunctional cheese knife that will cut through soft, semi-hard and many harder cheeses with equal ease, the Boska Monaco+ No. 4 Cheesy Knife has a deep, serrated blade to cut through larger wedges – whether it’s your favourite holey Emmental, or a slab of Port Salut. And the pattern of holes along the blade doesn’t just evoke every cartoon mouse’s favourite snack, in conjunction with the special Boska waffle-patterned blade, it reduces friction when you’re cutting soft and stickier varieties of the tastiest fromage so nothing sticks.

The forked tip of the knife allows you to pass a piece to a fellow cheese addict, or to your own plate, without using your fingers – and without passing the whole cheeseboard along the table!

Double-sided blade

Sharpened on both sides of the blade, the fine edge makes it easy to cut slices from all types of soft and semi-hard cheese, while the nicely weighted solid stainless steel handle is a pleasure to hold.

Patented quilted blade with non-stick coating

The criss-cross waffle pattern has been developed by Boska to help keep the Monaco+ Cheese knives from sticking to a block of cheese as you cut a slice, with the regularly spaced grooves allowing a little air between the cheese and the knife as the blade glides through. And, the addition of a special non-stick treatment means you’ll be able to cut through slice after slice with ease.

Dishwasher safe

Solidly made from brushed stainless steel with their special non-stick coating, Monaco+ cheese knives are easy to clean – but if you’re really short of time, they can go in the dishwasher too.

10-Year manufacturer’s guarantee.

Ryan ★★★★★

The deep serrated blade glides through a semi-hard gouda without any crumbling, which is exactly what I'd hoped for. It even handled a firmer cheddar without me having to saw back and forth. Solid little workhorse for a cheese board.

Harper H. ★★★★★

This knife cut through a block of aged gouda like it was nothing, which was a pleasant surprise. The deep, serrated blade really does the work for you, and it handled a soft brie just as easily without crushing it.
