Grace ★★★★★

The black garlic depth really comes through before the Carolina Reaper kicks in—it’s a slow burn that builds into serious heat, not just a wall of spice. I’ve been dabbing it on eggs and grilled cheese, and a little goes a long way for that smoky-sweet kick.

Robert A. ★★★★★

The sweetness from the syrup hits right before the reaper heat slams in—my whole face went numb for a solid minute. It’s brutal but the black garlic keeps it from being one-note, and a little goes a long way on tacos.

Zoe A. ★★★★★

The black garlic comes through first, rich and almost savory, then the Carolina Reaper wallops you on the back end. It's the sweet syrup that really rounds it out, making me want to drizzle it over everything from eggs to grilled cheese.
