Case of 12 bars.

When Charles Darwin embarked on his five year journey of discovery aboard the HMS Beagle, it was captained by Robert Fitzroy. Also the name of a stunning Patagonian mountain, discovered on our own voyage of discovery, Fitzroy is a fitting name for our very first bar, a dark chocolate for all mankind!

The 74% cocoa content hits that perfect balance—dark enough to feel serious, but not so bitter it makes you pucker. I've been rationing these across the last three weeks and each bar snaps cleanly, which makes the whole case feel worth it.

Tore open the box and the scent alone was enough to make me grab a bar immediately. The case of 12 means I can stash some in the pantry, the car, and still have plenty left to share. This 74% is rich without being bitter, which is exactly what I look for in a dark chocolate.

The case of twelve is perfect for stocking up, since I go through one of these bars a week without fail. That Patagonian mountain name fits right in with the deep, earthy richness of this 74% cacao.
