Colonial Metalcrafts Colonial Era Outdoor Lantern

Our exclusive hanging outdoor light, is modeled after exact designs from the Colonial Era. This handsome fixture includes 3 lights that are enclosed with glass and a blackened copper frame. Copper is a living metal that will change and patina gradually to a rich, dark color over time. Brass accents. Handcrafted in Richmond, Virginia by our local artisans. Open bottom. WARNING: Please note that in coastal environments copper can be corroded by salt, so fixtures must be regularly rinsed to remove the naturally occurring salt accumulation in coastal areas. Fixtures that directly face ocean winds are particularly susceptible to corrosion and are not recommended in these instances. If you would still like to proceed with placing an order for this item and plan to use it in a coastal environment then please contact Customer Service to inquire about adding an additional clear-coat finish to your product that may help extend the life of the product’s finish.
