Description

Edward & Sons® Organic Brown Rice Pad See Ew Noodles are perfect in popular Asian dishes, such as Pad See Ew, Pad Kee Mao (aka Drunken Noodles), Chow Fun and more! Preparation tips: When making Pad See Ew or other stir-fry with noodles, remove noodles from the hot water soak after about 6 minutes, rather than the suggested 8 minutes. When added to your stir-fry, under-cooked noodles will absorb more moisture and cook further when cooking with your stir-fry dish. If adding prepared noodles to a soup, add just before serving. Otherwise, noodles will become too soft and the starch released while cooking changes the taste and color of soup broth.

Sofia T. ★★★★★

The wide cut really holds onto the sauce, so my drunken noodles finally had that proper street-food chewiness. They cooked up in about the same time as regular pasta and didn’t turn to mush, which I honestly wasn’t expecting from brown rice.

Kevin U. ★★★★★

These noodles were a total game changer for my drunken noodles — they soaked up the sauce without turning into a gluey mess like most rice noodles I've tried. The wide cut gives them that authentic, chewy bite you actually want from a Pad Kee Mao.

Avery ★★★★★

The texture held up perfectly through a stir-fry—no mushy clumps, just that nice chewy bite Pad See Ew needs. I made the sauce from scratch and these brown rice noodles soaked it up without turning into paste, which is usually my biggest complaint with gluten-free options.
