I've been adding a scoop to my water bottle during lunchtime workouts and the mid-afternoon crash just isn't hitting the same anymore. The mix of electrolytes and vitamins dissolves clean without that chalky grit I've dealt with before, so I'm actually sticking with it.
The mix dissolves completely in water with no chalky residue, which makes it easy to down mid-workout. I notice my legs feel less heavy during the last set of squats, and I don’t crash as hard afterwards.
I’ve been reaching for this after my long runs and the fatigue just doesn’t hit the same way anymore. The vitamin blend along with the electrolytes makes a real difference in how quickly I bounce back, and it keeps me going strong through the whole session.
