I was nervous about fish falling apart on the grill, but the fine mesh kept every flaky piece intact while the skin got perfectly crispy. Cleanup was also way easier than I expected for a dedicated fish basket.
Perfectly sized for a whole trout, the basket held every flaky piece without a single bit falling through the grates. The crispy skin came out exactly as promised, and cleanup was a breeze. I've already used it twice this week.
I was skeptical about grilling fish without losing half of it to the grates, but this basket keeps even the most delicate fillets intact. The wire spacing is perfect for letting the skin crisp up while holding everything securely. Works exactly as described.
