Three weeks in and my digestion feels noticeably calmer, which is rare for me after years of bloating. I love that the powder is unsweetened—just a neutral taste I can mix into my morning smoothie without fuss. The included online program and physical book give it real structure, so it doesn't feel

The 7 probiotic strains in this mix are a nice bonus, but the real win for me was pairing the powder with the online program—my digestion felt noticeably calmer within two weeks. The book is a solid reference too, and the unflavored mix is easy to stomach first thing in the morning.

The powder dissolves cleanly in water with no weird aftertaste, which surprised me for an unsweetened mix. I’m three weeks in and my gut feels noticeably calmer, and having the physical book to flip through while I follow the online program keeps me consistent.
