Gold Leaf Table lamp

The Gold Leaf Table lamp from Chelsea House adds rich refinement to flat surfaces, putting a transitional twist on indoor illumination. Designed by Douglas Freeman, its flat-sided iron base features four facets, narrowing as it rises to send up a slim stem holding strong lamping beneath a cylindrical linen shade. The metal base is surfaced in antiqued gold leaf, adding a luxurious, intriguing texture, while the translucent textile shade transforms bright glare into a pleasant glow, burnishing the metalwork below.
