The rice and lentils cook up in about 15 minutes, so it's my go-to for a quick dinner after work. The red lentils give it a nice hearty texture that actually fills you up without feeling heavy.

The fibre content is what sold me, and it doesn’t disappoint—one bowl keeps me full for hours. It’s my new go-to when I want something warm and hearty without a lot of fuss.

The lentils and rice cook up evenly in about ten minutes, which is perfect for a lazy weeknight dinner. I love that the red lentils add a hearty texture while the rice stays fragrant and fluffy. It's got a nice amount of fibre to keep me full without feeling heavy.
