A Refreshing Ayurvedic Adaptogen Tea

Golden Spirit Tea is made with the highest quality tulsi, also known as the sacred plant Holy Basil, ethically sourced from small community farms in Sri Lanka that use Forest Gardening techniques, a sustainable way of farming. This tea is lovingly blended to enhance the restorative properties of the herbs.

Tasting notes: orange peel and soursop lend this spirit elevating blend its zesty and refreshing flavours, with a complex, herbal finish from our tulsi and moringa leaves.

Its earthy and refreshing notes bring a sense of grounding and purpose to each sip, which is why we have affectionately named this our Spirit Tea.

Use our Bamboo Tea Strainer to easily steep this loose leaf tea.

Ruby ★★★★★

I was skeptical about adaptogen teas, but this one genuinely calms my racing mind after about 15 minutes. The tulsi from small community farms gives it a fresh, earthy aroma that I actually look forward to brewing each evening.

Henry ★★★★★

The tulsi leaves are clearly high quality—the aroma hits you right when you open the bag, and the taste is smooth without that bitter edge I usually get from herbal teas. I've been sipping it after work for a week now and it genuinely helps me unwind before bed.

Christopher H. ★★★★★

The first steep already calmed me down—it's my new afternoon reset. I love that the tulsi comes from small community farms in Sri Lanka, makes it feel more meaningful.
