Jasmin de Chine | Grande Bougie parfumée

The throw on this is incredible—I can smell the jasmine notes from across the room without even being near the candle. It burns so cleanly and evenly that the wax pool reaches the edges perfectly every time.

I've burned through a lot of jasmine candles that smell like cheap soap, but this one actually has that animalic depth underneath the petals. The wax pools evenly too, no tunneling halfway down. It scents my whole living room within twenty minutes of lighting it.

The jasmine absolute is definitely there, and the first few hours smell rich and quite realistic. By evening though, the scent fades to almost nothing, which is disappointing for the price I paid.
