Avery ★★★★★

The sandblasted frosted finish on these blades is a nice touch—gives them a grip-friendly texture without looking cheap. I’ve had mine for a few weeks and the edge from that diamond detailing process is still holding up through daily veg prep and occasional bone-in cuts.

Brian Q. ★★★★★

The 5-layer steel takes a screaming edge from the diamond detailing process, and the sandblasted handle gives a grippy feel even when my hands are slightly oily from prepping. I've had cheaper sets that dulled within weeks, but these still slice through tomatoes like they're warm butter after a mont

Charlotte L. ★★★★★

The sandblasted frosted finish looks even better in person than in the photos, and the D3 diamond detailing makes the edges feel razor-sharp right out of the box. I've been using the chef’s knife daily for two weeks now and it still glides through tomatoes like they're butter.
