Loire-style knit bow. Hand-knit by a team of seamstresses in the US. Secured knot with heavy-duty thread to prevent untying by little hands.
I clipped this on the right side of a simple ponytail and it instantly dressed things up. The alligator clip actually holds without sliding, and you can tell it was hand-knit by the little variations in the wool.
The merino wool is way softer than I expected and it doesn't itch at all, even on my fine hair. The alligator clip actually stays put through a whole workday, which is more than I can say for most bows I've tried.
The merino is noticeably softer than the acrylic bows I've bought before, and the hand-dyed color has a nice depth you don't get from mass-produced ones. Only gripe is the 3.5" size runs a bit small for thicker hair, but the alligator clip still grips fine.
