Kombucha is a fermented, lightly effervescent drink traditionally from China. It is produced by fermenting tea, sugar and symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) - the result is a naturally sparkling drink with a refreshingly crisp, subtly sweet flavour. We use only the finest organic ingredients in our original Kombucha. Enjoy chilled on it's own, or combine with a juice of your choice to create a refreshing mocktail! Also available in the range are our Ginger & Lime and Sour Cherry & Mint Kombucha.

The fizz on this is way gentler than soda, more like a soft sparkle that makes it easy to sip straight from the 330ml bottle. I've been swapping my afternoon can of pop for one of these and the fermented tea tang grew on me by the second bottle.
